ICPO submission
The qualified buyer issues an ICPO in accordance with the stated procedure and commercial terms.
SCO and documents
The refinery or seller issues the SCO and applicable transaction documents for buyer review.
Verification and inspection
The buyer completes agreed verification and independent quality and quantity inspection.
Payment and delivery
Payment and delivery proceed according to the executed contract and confirmed procedure.
